RESEARCH DISSERTATION PROJECT: My name is Jennifer Lemkuil and I am a Ph.D candidate studying Counseling Psychology at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. I am currently on internship at the Louis Stokes Cleveland DVAMC. I am interested in a career working with trauma survivors and because of this; I am very excited about this research.
I am asking for your participation in the collection of data for my dissertation on spirituality in clinical practice. I am looking for psychologists and doctoral level psychology students who have an interest in the area of trauma and who are currently seeing clients or have seen clients in the past 12 months. Participation is completely voluntary and will involve filling out an online survey that includes demographic questions, questions about personal spirituality, and professional integration of spirituality. This will only take 8 to 12 minutes to complete and your participation would be greatly appreciated. It is hoped that the results of this study will generate a more comprehensive understanding of the role of spirituality in clinical practice.
